Life-changing results … simply by improving your gut bacteria

gut bacteria
Do you want some bacteria with that?

Do you know that many people experience life-changing results simply by improving their gut bacteria?

Getting as many beneficial bacteria strains as possible into your system is critically important in achieving overall, vibrant health.

Drinking probiotic beverages like kombucha, water kefir, and beet kavas; making and eating [daily] a portion of lacto-fermented vegetables like sauerkraut, kimchee and pickles and enjoying raw milk, yogurt, dairy kefir and other fermented dairy products is excellent and so very healing. Did you know that each product contains different and varied essential probiotics?

Another way to really boost your beneficial bacteria is to take [in addition to eating and drinking healthy foods] a good probiotic supplement.

It is like buying a valuable insurance policy and the benefits to you are innumerable.

While it’s fine to take a probiotics supplement at any time of day…they’re most effective when taken with a meal (I personally take mine every morning with my breakfast).

Why? Because if you take it on an empty stomach, your stomach acids and bile will start to degrade the potency of the bacterial strains…and ideally, you want these strains to make it to your intestines intact.

I also suggest taking your supplement at the same time every day so it becomes a daily habit and easy to remember.

Once you’ve got your routine down, during your first few weeks you’re going to notice numerous improvements in your health…some you weren’t even expecting.

And as time goes on, you’ll start to feel the even deeper benefits as the beneficial bacteria fully colonize and populate your entire digestive system.

Would you like to know the timeline of exactly what benefits you can expect from improving your gut bacteria as the first few weeks progress?

Week 1-2:

  • Improved Digestion / Less Gas & Bloating
  • Increased Energy

While not everyone will experience immediate results from probiotics, most users report having more regular bowel movements, improved and easier digestion, and significantly more energy within just the first few days of taking a good probiotic supplement.

The proof is simply overwhelming that probiotics improve your digestion, no matter what your diet consists of.

In his excellent book, The Probiotics Revolution, immunologist Gary Huffnagle writes that, “Minor bowel problems tend to be alleviated pretty quickly.”

And in 2009, The U.S. National Library of Medicine conclusively stated that Bifidobacterium infantis “showed significant improvement in the composite score for abdominal pain/discomfort, bloating/distention, and/or bowel movement difficulty compared with placebo.”

Make sure your probiotic supplement contains this exact strain — Bifidobacterium infantis.

It’s also during this time that many users see increased amounts of ENERGY in their daily lives.

The reason is simple: The energy your body needs comes mainly from food sources…so increasing the efficiency of your digestive system will also increase the amount of energy you receive from food.

Probiotics form a protective coating on your gut lining to block and heal “Leaky Gut”…helping you absorb and retain more nutrients from the food you consume, which means you’ll see more daily energy — even without changing your diet.

Week 2-3:

  • Mood Improvement
  • Reduced Anxiety

When we think of probiotics, we usually imagine the benefits taking place on the microscopic level — healthy bacteria recolonizing and re-balancing the flora in our digestive system.

But the fact is, what happens in your G.I. Tract actually has a huge impact on every other biological system in your body…including your most vital organ: your BRAIN.

And one of the biggest effects probiotics have on your brain is improving mood and regulating your emotional well-being.

In a double-blind, placebo-controlled trial conducted in 2006 by Dr. David Benton, a British psychology professor at The University of Wales, volunteers given probiotics experienced an improvement in mood and symptoms of depression within just 10 days.

Even more impressive, the subjects taking probiotics saw even bigger gains in their mental state after 20 days of use.

Many researchers suspect that the vagus nerve — which sends sensory information from the gut to the brain — plays a significant role in mood…and this is most likely WHY probiotics have such a huge effect on you emotional well-being.

Another study conducted at the University of Toronto found a significant decrease in anxiety symptoms in patients who took the probiotic Lactobacillus casei after 60 days.

Make sure Lactobacillus casei is one of the strains in your probiotic supplement.

I don’t have to tell you that this research is incredibly exciting. And I’m thrilled when I see these transformational changes firsthand in the faces and smiles of probiotic users.

Week 3-4:

  • Improved Skin
  • Boosted Immune System

While many users experience transformative benefits within just the first couple weeks, depending on how unhealthy your gut is, some may not start seeing results until 20-30 days of use.

In fact, it’s right around this point on the timeline (week 3) that we see a sizable increase in user reports of higher energy, improved digestion, enhanced mood, and better sleep.

It’s also right around this phase of your probiotics use that you’ll start to see improvements in the health & appearance of your skin.

Scientists have known for over 70 years that there is a strong link between our digestive systems and our skin health.

That’s why it wasn’t surprising when a recent report indicated that intestinal bacterial overgrowth is 10 times more prevalent in those with acne and other skin problems.

Here’s the great news: oral probiotics have been shown to reduce the release of inflammatory compounds within the skin…and these results are achieved within the first two months of use.

Remember, your skin is your body’s largest organ. When your internal “ecosystems” are healthy and in balance, your skin will reflect the benefits.

Now, let me ask you a question:

Did you know that over 70% of your Immune System is actually in your gut?

It’s absolutely true. And after about 3 weeks of use, a good probiotic begins to strengthen your immune system.

At this point, the beneficial probiotic strains have really begun to recolonize your gut flora…forcing out the “bad” bacteria, yeasts, pathogens and other unhealthy micro-organisms.

In other words, a good probiotic supplement is like a round-the-clock ‘security system’ that protects you from the germs that cause illnesses like the cold, flu, Salmonella, and the fungus, Candida.

Probiotics boost the cells in your Immune System (again, 70% of which is in your gut) that seek out and destroy infecting organisms…including many of these chronic diseases.

That’s why users of high-quality, multi-strain, and high-CFU probiotics supplement get sick FAR less often.

Week 4-8:

  • Weight Loss

So many people struggle with weight loss…and for years, I have been one of them.

And this is actually one of the biggest reasons I am so excited about probiotics…

Because restoration of the gut microbes has been shown to significantly improve the conditions associated with obesity and help maintain a healthy weight.

In fact, one study I’m really excited about was just published last month in the British Journal of Nutrition. Researchers at Laval University in Quebec performed a double-blind, placebo-controlled experiment which showed a positive link between a specific strain of probiotics and weight loss in obese people.

Make sure your probiotic supplement contains Lactobacillus rhamnosus.

Subjects in the study who took this probiotic while dieting had significantly more weight loss in the first 12 weeks than those in the placebo group who did not.

But even more amazing: For the next 12 weeks, both groups kept taking their pills (probiotics vs. placebos), but without dieting…all the subjects were allowed to eat whatever they wanted.

Well, the subjects in the placebo group immediately started regaining the weight they lost from their diet.

But the people in the probiotic group actually continued to lose weight…without dieting!

The research is clear: using a probiotic supplement helps your metabolism work the way it’s supposed to and helps you maintain a healthy weight!

Now, it’s important to remember that everyone’s bacterial “ecosystems” are unique…so everyone will feel each unique benefit of a good probiotic supplement at slightly different points on the timetable.

That’s why it’s crucial you keep up with your probiotic routine…make sure to take a good probiotic supplement every day, before a meal, and at the same time each day so that you never miss a supplement!

Congratulations on beginning this new chapter in your personal health. I look forward to hearing about your amazing results in the months, years, and decades to come!

People are asking me what probiotic supplement I use or recommend; for years I was using another one but recently discovered Perfect Biotics and have found it to be far  superior in many ways:

Perfect Biotics contains 30 billion CFUs of 15 different strains of beneficial bacteria,

that is WAY more than I have found in any other supplement … either prescription [or] over the counter.

What is a HEALTHY diet?

“The most important step you can take if you are aiming to improve your diet and your health is to “get your fats right!”  Unfortunately, the media abounds in misinformation about which fats are healthy. In spite of what you may have heard, the healthiest fats are saturated animal fats!  This conference will help you understand why butter, lard, egg yolks, cream and meat fats need a prominent place in your diet.”
